At the Naturhotel Rainer we live according to the cycles of nature. Add to this the unspoilt landscape and the fascinating mountain environment surrounding our hotel, and you can immerse yourself completely in the embrace of nature and find inner peace.

In harmony with our environment, we want to offer you natural silence in the hotel as well. There is therefore no music inside the hotel and no traffic noise outside. At the Naturhotel Rainer you will be accompanied by the rustling of leaves in the wind, the chirping of birds in the morning sun, the soothing sound of the Rio di Giovo flowing nearby ... the perfect soundtrack to a relaxing getaway into the unspoilt world of the mountains. Slow down, take a deep breath, recharge your batteries.

The Naturhotel Rainer is located just seven kilometres from the Vipiteno motorway exit, in a peaceful high mountain valley, Val di Giovo, surrounded by peace and nature. If you love silence and relaxation, you are in the right place here, in the 'Valley of Tranquillity'.

Words are useless without facts, right? We produce as much as possible ourselves and buy the rest of our natural products from local farmers. You can see this for yourself on our farm or in the smokehouse. Thanks to the small size of our Naturhotel, we are also able to accommodate and satisfy the special wishes of our guests. Yes, we have time for you.

Natural gourmet cuisine

Trained in a 3-Michelin-starred restaurant, our head chef Hannes Rainer is one of the best in South Tyrol. A true 'child of nature' who grew up on his parents' farm and in the alpine pastures, Hannes is always on the lookout for the best products that nature has to offer. We provide our guests with free charging stations for electric and plug-in hybrid cars.

WLAN and digital detox

You will find free WLAN in our lobby and bar. The rooms and also the wellness area are dedicated to tranquillity and relaxation, so we decided not to install it there. Your sleep, in particular, should be peaceful and restful. We think it is good that somewhere in our hectic world you can still unplug.

Sleeping in a Swiss stone pine room is healthy and has a calming effect on the entire organism. Here, not only you, but also your inner world - your heart - can relax during sleep.

Sustainable holidays

We are energy self-sufficient, as we obtain our power from biomass, hydropower and photovoltaics. We also use heat recovery, electricity optimisation devices and much more.
