'Life is too short to drink bad wine' - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe already knew this. That is why you will find only the best in our wine cellar.

Upon entering the restaurant, you will be greeted by the wonderful scent of Swiss stone pine. Immerse yourself in this special atmosphere, the perfect place for tasting! Your gaze glides over all the fine wines: the best vintages from South Tyrol's wine-growing areas and high-quality labels from Trentino, Tuscany and France, which we offer for sale together with delicious home-made specialities made by us and by our natural partners along with selected South Tyrolean beers.

Wines with a tradition and a history

Our wines include classic as well as new grape varieties, with a special focus on origin. Most of the wines come from small wine growers, mainly from South Tyrol, who produce their 'noble' wines with great passion and love for the product.

If you have already read about our natural partners, it will not surprise you that we aim to support like-minded wine producers in the region who do not disdain innovation. In this way, our wine list remains varied and diverse. The traditional winegrowers we work with manage their vineyards ecologically and in harmony with nature, thus ensuring the preservation of the natural fertility and vitality of the cultivation areas.

In line with our philosophy, here you will find mainly natural, biodynamic and organic wines, certified wines and special non-certified wines. But above all: wines with interesting stories!

A modern yet natural setting

Our wine cellar was built in 2008 with - can you guess? That's right, with natural materials from South Tyrol! Natural wood from the old barn and the old entrance door was used for the interior. In addition, we were able to use stones from the streams of our alpine pastures. Thus, by combining traditional and rustic elements, we created a modern ensemble, of which we are very proud today.

In September 2019, we undertook a renovation of our tasting room, for which we used Swiss stone pine wood from our forest, which helped give the room an unmistakable scent and a special atmosphere.
