Where nature and hotel form a single entity

Built with natural materials from the surrounding area, the Naturhotel Rainer is set in Val di Giovo valley like the last piece of a 1,000-piece puzzle. Among fragrant forests, colourful flower meadows and a cheerful mountain stream, you will find your energy centre in South Tyrol.

Producing our own meat, growing our own vegetable garden, planting corn, taking eggs from the farm, making butter and cheese... Our family lives by following the cycle of nature, and it is this concept that we wanted to implement in our hotel. For this reason, we renovated using a lot of wood, stone and glass from the region, some of which comes from our dairy hut. The Swiss stone pine wood in the rooms and on the balconies not only exudes a pleasant fragrance but also regulates the heart rate thanks to the essential oils it contains. This relaxes the mind and at the same time promotes healthy and restful sleep.

Wellness & Cuisine - inner harmony from being close to nature

We also have created with natural materials our Naturea SPA, a wellness area that gently and sustainably balances the mind with the beneficial forces of the mountains.

This effect is complemented by our natural gourmet cuisine, which features the creations of owner and chef Hannes. In line with the natural cycle mentioned at the beginning, we try to produce as many products as possible ourselves and choose our food according to the seasons. Our animals only eat what we produce ourselves and our fields only see our very own fertilizer - and only when needed.

In this way, we can offer our guests an integral 'South Tyrolean experience'. The best quality and pure flavour. Whether meat, fish, cereals or vegetables, we will only bring nature on your plate.
